The Manini Beach House is offered for rental at a weekly rate starting from $2450.00. For stays of less than a week, the rate is $400/night with a four night minimum. There is an out-cleaning fee of $200.00.
TAXES:
There are two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416% - A General Excise Tax (GET) 0f 4.166% and a Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) of 7.25%.
RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation with the balance payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by check or money order.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to re-book the reserved dates.
Rates, minimum length of stay and cancellation policy are subject to change at any time. Discounts may be available for off season and extended stays.
